Pre-gel Starch

It is a fine modified cold water soluble starch white powder, odorless taste slight and characteristic and microbiologically suitable, useful in pharmaceutical and food industry as a binder, thickener, disintegrating agents in tablet and various formulations and many other industrial applications as filler.

  • Due to its water absorbing capacity it has been largely used in oil & water separation in oil fill during exploration and oil recovery.

  • It plays a vital role in food industry due to its characteristic such as viscosity & opaque paste, used for thickening sauces, gravies and pudding and pie fillings. It has numerous application in baking industry, provides strength to ice cream cones.
